Emma Wells
Emma is one of the few fully certified Functional Medicine practitioners in the UK. Emma attained her certification from the Institute of Functional Medicine – the first, most prestigious and esteemed functional medicine training establishment in the world.
Emma Wells has helped to improve the health of former cabinet ministers (MEP’s), West end musical and pop stars. she has advised Saatchi & Saatchi, Mclaren and Unilever amongst others. Emma has also worked along side Carol Caplin at her Lifesmart gym and Michael Franklin and his IBS and gut disorders centre and now runs busy weekly IBS and digestive health clinics of her own.
Keen to Keep up to date with the latest research Emma Wells still attends Nutrition conferences and often lectures herself. In the past she lectured widely at four of the top UK Nutrition colleges for many years covering digestive health and testing, stress, Food Allergy and intolerance, mental health, mens health as well as many other subjects.

Since qualifying over 25 years ago Emma Wells now enjoys helping people to improve their health, increase their energy and vitality, achieve their goals and feel positive about the future. Dr RICCARDO DI CUFFA – Thyme
All about Dr Riccardo Di Cuffa,
MBBS, MRCSEd, MRCGP, DOHNS, PGCertAest, Royal Free Medical School, University College London, 1998
Dr. Ric spent nearly 10 years practising in London hospitals, obtaining extensive ENT knowledge, including a diploma in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery before moving on to family medicine.
With over 15 years of expertise as a GP, he founded Thyme a private GP service with an emphasis on preventative medicine helping patients to live healthier lives for longer.
Throughout the pandemic Dr Ric worked closely with the film and TV industry supporting an array of production companies in protecting their A-list cast members in order for them to continue filming in such challenging time.

Sue
Sue’s role within Smart Nutrition is certainly varied and keeps her very busy and on her toes!
The company has grown significantly during the time Sue has been helping us.
Supporting clients and PA would be enough, but Sue is also our Customer Service adviser, trainer and CFO (Chief Fixing Officer) and is often referred to as Sherlock.
Sue has a background in office management, staff training and special needs teaching.
A keen interest in food and its ability to encourage healing along with energetic well being leads to Sue always studying and learning. Sue is currently studying kinesiology having already qualified in
relaxation therapy, chakra healing and healing meditation.
Sue is fortunate to live in a beautiful part of the South West and therefore spends as much time outdoors as possible.
