All the providers below are completely independent of Smart Nutrition Ltd and their fees are not included within the test fee.
Fees must be agreed between yourself, the client, and the service provider. You must pay the provider directly and not Smart Nutrition Ltd.
You will need to have the sample kit with you so the phlebotomist knows which tubes to use and how the sample needs to be processed. Full details of the collection are included with the test kit.
