We all have meltdowns but to protect ourselves from the ravages of stress we need to learn and use effective stress management techniques. mindlfullness meditation has been getting a lot of attention lately and despite meditation being used for thousands of years by ancient traditions such as buddhism it has been slightly shunned by the medical profession as a new age pastime.
