Adrenal Thyroid

Adrenal Thyroid

Stress affects everyone at some point during our lives. It can have a huge effect on our emotional and physical wellbeing, directly causing or contributing to symptoms including weight gain, depression, digestive problems and many more. There is also a close link between stress hormones and the thyroid hormones that are responsible for your metabolism.

Many of the symptoms of excessive stress can be equally due to thyroid dysfunction, and poor adrenal health as a consequence of stress can also lead to slow thyroid function.
