Genetic testing offers valuable insight into how someone might process nutrients — but it doesn’t tell us what’s actually happening right now. Please avoid all supplements that contain essential fats, vitamins and minerals for 48 hours prior to Methylation – Essential Nutrients Comprehensive Blood Test

Attending the lab in person
We recommend attending our lab in London because of the time sensitive nature of the samples.
The lab’s location is; 34 Great Titchfield St., London W1W 8BQ
Once the lab have received your order – via Smart Nutrition, the team at the lab will arrange the appointment for the blood collection with you directly.
The cost of the blood draw is £50 and is paid directly to the lab when you book.

If you cannot attend the lab in London
The red blood cell folate cannot be posted.
The zinc will need to be centrifuged and separated to make it suitable to be posted back.
Homocysteine is time sensitive and needs centrifuging and processing/ separating and posting back straight away.
Next-day delivery postage and packaging is included for all orders that are not attending the lab in central London.
If you cannot attend the lab in person and choose to leave any of the above (such as the folate) out of the panel unfortunately you will still need to pay for the full panel.
